Servicing Oil Burner, Danbury, CT
This project involved a complete furnace breakdown and deep clean to correct severe soot buildup that had accumulated over many years and was restricting proper operation. The heat exchanger plates and burner assembly were fully removed to allow for a thorough brushing and cleaning of all internal surfaces, restoring proper airflow and heat transfer. The burner chamber was cleared of heavy soot deposits, worn seals were replaced, and critical components were serviced to ensure safe operation.
In addition, the chimney and exhaust flue were fully cleaned and cleared to eliminate remaining restrictions. Combustion was properly set and verified through a smoke test to confirm safe, efficient performance. A new Tiger Loop and nozzle were installed to improve fuel delivery and reliability. Once completed, the furnace was reassembled, tested, and left running smoothly, restoring safe operation, improved efficiency, and dependable heat for the home.
